Machine Learning Competition Suite

Supervised & Unsupervised Modeling (1st Place Winner)

Comprehensive machine learning project covering EDA, data preprocessing, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and clustering evaluation that secured 1st place in the Pixels Egypt ML competition.

1. The Engineering Problem

Real-world datasets contain missing values, multi-collinearity, high class imbalances, and non-linear relationships. The competitive goal was developing a rigorous ML pipeline that maximizes predictive accuracy and clustering separation without overfitting.

2. What Was Built

A comprehensive machine learning pipeline spanning Exploratory Data Analysis, missing value imputation, categorical encoding, feature scaling, model benchmarking (Logistic Regression, KNN, Decision Trees, Random Forests, AdaBoost), and unsupervised clustering (K-Means, Agglomerative Clustering) with elbow and silhouette score validation.

3. System Architecture & Topology

ASCII Topology

End-to-end data pipeline: Raw Data -> Cleaning/Encoding -> Feature Selection -> Cross-Validated Grid Search -> Ensemble Evaluation.
